It’s picnic time! Since the weather is so nice these days, people really enjoy cooking and eating outdoors. One popular food choice for Americans and Canadians, as well as other nationalities, is the hamburger. Cooking hamburgers outdoors is not difficult if you follow these directions.

   Start by putting charcoal on an outdoor grill, that is barbecue. Wet the charcoal thoroughly with lighter fluid. Next, light a match and ignite the coals.

   After starting the fire, wait about thirty minutes until the coals begin to turn gray. Then, put the raw hamburger patties on the grill and sprinkle them with salt and pepper to give them more flavors. Turn the hamburgers over after about ten minutes. Last, cook them for another ten minutes.

   Nowadays everybody wants to write and store his files in safe places. There are many way to keep those files in safe places. The first place is to keep them in some treasury. The second way is to put them in online portfolios, and this is the way has became more common nowadays especially for colleges students. In this essay I will compare the paper-based portfolios and online portfolios.

     Electronic portfolios is an on-line, integrated database where the people can put their work. These documents are electronically stored. Users can easily store their work, and view them, and even share this information with others people anywhere, and at anytime.

   In the past all the people only use the traditional paper which has some advantages and disadvantages. The first disadvantage of using the traditional paper is that we have only one copy so it’s easy to lose it. Another negative thing is that it’s difficult to edit and to share with other people. Although there are a lot of disadvantages of the traditional papers, there are also some advantages of the traditional papers, for example, no internet connection required so we can do it anywhere and anytime.

    The online portfolio has become more common nowadays because it’s easier to use and there are also many reason like its available anywhere, and anytime. Another positive thing of online portfolio is that we can easily edit it. Yet another advantage of online portfolio is that it’s very easy to share with other people. 

   In conclusion, I think online portfolio is much easier to use that the traditional papers and it’s also can save my time because I can do in the online portfolio faster that do it in the traditional papers.

   Nowadays football has become the most popular game all over the world. Although there are many players in all the countries in the entire world, each country has its own style and skills. In this essay I will compare the Brazilian football with the UAE football.

   In the beginning I will discuss the experiences of the Brazilian football and the UAE football. The Brazilian players have a big experience because they play in the biggest and the best League in the world like premier League in England, Serie A in Italy and La Liga in Spain. The Emirates player doesn’t have a lot of experience and all of them play only in the Emirates League. Another positive thing about the Brazilian national team is that they are the only national team in the world who has played in all world cups, whereas UAE national team has played only one time in the world cup. Another reason makes the Brazilian players have big experience is that they are the only national team who has won the world cup five times.
 
   The second major difference is skills. The Brazilian players have the best skills in the world. Fore example, watching Kaka running with the ball is like watching a bird flying in the sky. Another positive thing about the Brazilian players is that they can do some moves which few players in the world can do it like the Brazilian players. The   UAE football has many players but a few of them are skillful players.

   Now I will talk about the style of the Brazilian football and the UAE football. Each country has its own style. The Brazilian football is the most exciting style in the world and all the people want to watch the Brazilian games because they will have a lot of fun during the game.

   In conclusion, nowadays football is representing more that a game because it’s the most popular game all over the world and we can use its fame to help the poor people like Real Madrid who always help the poor countries and give them money.

   There are a lot of kinds of foods in the world and each part of the world has its own kind of foods, Some times the food are dependent on the weather, traditional and the life style, and the area. In this essay I will compare the foods in the different countries in the world.

   In the beginning I would discuss the cost of the foods in the different countries in the world. Each country has their own food and costs, for example, if we look at some European countries foods costs we will notes that their food cost is very expansive compared with some African countries foods costs.

   The second major difference of the foods is the tradition and culture. Each county in the world has their tradition, so their food is affected by that traditional. In the Gulf countries they have a lot of traditional food and a lot of that food depends on the rice, so they prepare a lot of food with the rice like Majboos and Beriany whereas the European countries doesn’t make any food with rice. Although the Gulf countries are from Asia and the always prepare their food with rice there are some Asian countries who doesn’t depend on rice in their meal like Mongolia where their meals are always prepared with meat. Another reason effect on the food of tradition and the culture is that the Islamic countries eat the Halal meat, (Halal meat that) which means the meat is prepared by the Islamic way.
        
   In conclusion, as you can see from I have written above the foods in the world countries are affected by many reasons. In my opinion the food is one of the most important parts of our lives, and I know that I am lucky because I have the food because there are some people who Suffer every day because they don’t have enough food.

   The family in the UAE is very important part of all the emirates people lives, because the parents here like to be together with their children always even after their children grow up and get married. In this essay I will discuss the similarities and the differences that happened here in the UAE to the family life over time.

    In the beginning I would speak about the similarities of the family in the UAE. The first similarities of the traditional and the modern family is that the family members still love each other and they always want to be together. The second similarity is that the culture and the language didn’t change through the time. Another similarity is that the family members always help each other.   

    And now I will turn to the differences. The first difference is that the family member now doesn’t spend a lot of time together like in the past, fore example, the father spends more time at work and the mothers start to work these days. Yet another difference is that now some children now change their life style and the way they dress because they want to be more fashionable. The third difference is that the family member’s has decreased and the family member is separated.

    In conclusion, as you can see from what I have written the traditional family is happier than the modern family. Although now there are developments and life become easier but I prefer to live with my family like in the past. 

   There are two kinds of people, the first one of people who wants to be married and having family and stability in their life and the other kinds of people who prefer to be single because they heard a bad things about getting married or heard about bad experience from some friends, but the sure thing is no one of them wants to be alone in their life especially when they become older. In this essay I will discuss the single life and the married life.

   In the beginning I would speak about the single life. There are many advantages of being single, the first advantages of being single is that being free to do what you want like having many friends. Another advantage of being single is that everything is your decision for example, you don’t have to answer to anybody and you can be at home whenever you want. Another positive thing of being single is that being able to go where you want and without worry about children or some one else. Although there are many positive things to being single there are many negative things of being single like being lonely and to have nobody to share your moment with him. Another negative point of being single is that some people deal with them as a teenager.

   However although there are a lot of positive things of being single, there are more positive things of being married. The first advantage of being married is that having a family which means more stability in the life. Another advantage of being married is that having more respect in the society. Yet another advantage of being married is that having someone to share his good and bad moments with him. Another positive thing of being married is that being responsible person of takes care of a family so before he doing anything bad he thinks of them and then he changes his mind. Although there are many advantages things of being married there are less disadvantages things of being married like having someone to share your money and life with.

   As you can see from what I have written above the advantages of being married is more than advantages of being single. In my opinion being married is better for us because that’s means more stability and more comfortable in the life.

   There are two kinds of class in all over the world. The first one is the single sex school and the other is the mixed schooling. In this essay I will analyze the compare and contrast between single sex school and mixed schooling and I will say why I feel that the single sex school is better than mixed schooling.

    In the beginning I would speak about the mixed schooling. In the mixed schooling they will be good competition between boys and girls because each sex wants to be better that the other. Another positive things in the mixed schooling is that the girls and boys always will care about there look like because each one want to impressive the other one.

    And now I will speak about the single sex school which I prefer. In the UAE in the past there were only single sex school here because of our traditional and cultures where was the boys went to AL Mutawaa to learn the Holly Quraan and the girls were stay in the home to learn from their mothers to be a good wives and that’s the first reason make me prefer the single sex school. The second reason which make me prefer the single sex school is that if we studied in mixed schooling they will be a lot of distracted in the class because some of boys will look to the girls and some girls will look to the boys because each one of them want to impressive the other. Although they will be good competition between boys and girls in the mixed schooling there are another negative thing in the mixed schooling is the boys will always try to peek and cheat from girls because most the girls are always study more than boys. Another reason makes me prefer single sex school is that the boy’s behavior would have bad affects on the girl’s behavior because the boys always make more noise and most of times they had more absents.

    In conclusion, because of that reasons I have mentioned above I prefer the single sex school.

   In the holidays there are many things to do some of them is useful like going to a English course to improve me language and skills in English and we can do some funny activity like traveling to Europe or going to the desert or beach and do camping there.

    Last summer I decided with my friends to go to AL-Raha beach and do camping there. After two weeks although we had already decided on a name for this picnic which was AL-Raha beach but we changed our minds and we decided to went to AL- Jomira beach because there were some projects has been started on the AL-Raha beach so the beach was closed. In the next weekend the time for the camping has come so I went with my friends to AL- Jomira beach. When we arrived there the first thing we did was the camping. Then we spend a wonderful time and we had a lot of fun there. In the day we were playing some sports like football, volleyball and swimming. But in the night we did barbeque party and before sleeping we were telling each other some scary stories and suddenly while we were playing, we saw strange lights come out at sea. We were afraid of the lights because we didn’t know what that’s was. In that moment a lot of ideas comes to our mind because we were afraid so we couldn’t concentrate, but after a while we thought we are very lucky and we fiend some treasure and the strange light was some diamonds shine was reflected by the moonshine. We started to run to the lights area and when we arrived there we saw what that was and we got disappointed because all that’s light was some glass shine was reflected by the moonshine.

   Since that accident I learn to be quit and calm in that situations because when I become afraid I couldn’t concentrate so I couldn’t take the right decision.

   There are many famous places in the world, some of them are old places and some are new places. Although there are a lot famous places there are few places where all the people wish to visit it like the Seven Wonders of the World, for example, the pyramids where every body want to visit it and see how these strange buildings were built.

   Nowadays the pyramids representing a big Riddle in the world especially because it was built before 5000 years so there are no much information about it. The old Egyptians built the pyramids like a triangular and it’s usually have four or three sides. The Egyptians built the pyramids by huge stones which were removed by wooden sleds. Although the pyramids were built of huge structures which built of stone, some pyramids were destroyed by many factors such as the winds, the sunshine and the rains.

   In Conclusion, I think the pyramid is one of the most amazing buildings in the world and I wish I can visit it some day.

   Making chocolate is a very famous process .In this essay I would write about the main steps of making the chocolate which is considered one of the very famous product in the world. In the beginning I would to talk about the countries which are famous of produce the cocoa seeds. There are many countries famous of planting cacao trees in the entire world like Nigeria, Ivory Coast, India, Malaysia, Cuba and Brazil.

   The first thing to do is to make sure that the cacao three is about five years old before it begins to flower To make sure that the chocolate has a good quality . The first step to making chocolate is by the Farmers who use hand tools to harvest the cacao pods. They use a machete (a big knife) to slice ripe pods from the tree and gather them into baskets. After that the farmers spilt open the pods with their machete and scoop out the pulp-covered cacao seeds by hands. Then the farmers dry the cacao seeds in the sun under banana leaves until it become dry. When the cacao seed becomes dry they keep them from getting moldy during shipping. Then the farmers put the cacao seeds into sacks and send them to the factories.
 
   When the seeds arrive at the factory, they are cleaned and stored them by type and country. Then they are sent into giant rotating ovens where they will be roasted. After that the roasting process sends through a machine which removes the thin shells of the cocoa seeds. Then the cacao becomes ready to put it for the mill and grinding it into a thick pasted and become chocolate.

   The next stage is to put the chocolate with milk; sugar and cocoa butter into machines to mix the ingredients. Then they refine the chocolate “crumb” by the giant rollers. Then the chocolate must be kneaded and churned one more time into the machine. Finally, the last step which is the chocolate must be tempered to give it a glossy sheen and then it can be poured into a mold.

   In conclusion, making chocolate is an expensive process and it could take a long time. Finally I encourage everyone to taste of chocolate because it is delicious.
